Health Guarantee

OUR GUARANTEE

In accordance with international health standards, we advise that you take your dwarf goat to a licensed veterinarian for a checkup within 10 days of receiving it. If, within the first 10 days of purchasing the goat, the veterinarian determines that it is sick with an illness contracted prior to the date of delivery, please contact us immediately.

Our Dwarf goats are guaranteed to be in good health, free from any signs of infection, and are handled with utmost care before being shipped to you. However, certain factors affecting a goat’s health, such as genetics, exercise, nourishment, and daily care, are beyond our control.

In the unfortunate event of the goat’s death within one year from the date of purchase or if the goat is found to have health disorders within one year that significantly affect its overall health, we will replace it with another goat of equivalent value at no cost to you. To qualify for this replacement, the cause of death must be certified by a certified veterinary technician, and we request that you email us a copy of the health report.

We are delighted to bring joy into your home with one of our babies, and we provide ongoing health advice to ensure your goat remains healthy. To help maintain the goat’s well-being, we ask that you send us a copy of the health examination (medical record) within 10 business days of receiving your goat. The examination must be conducted by a licensed veterinarian. Your goat comes with age-appropriate vaccinations, so there is no need to vaccinate the goat again.

Exceptions to this Guarantee:

Failure to provide regular veterinary care for your goat will void this health guarantee.

We require all our goats to undergo a comprehensive checkup performed by our licensed veterinarian before being shipped to you. The veterinarian issues Veterinary Health reports for all our goats, certifying their health condition in areas such as cardiovascular, skin, coat, eyes, mouth, teeth, gums, musculoskeletal, respiratory, ears, urogenital, and gastrointestinal health.

This health report is completed on the date of shipment to ensure the goat’s health is guaranteed. Our veterinarian reviews the report for any issues or concerns. If any serious issues are identified, the goat will not be shipped to you. Additionally, we require you to have your goat examined by a licensed veterinarian within ten days of receiving it. Thank you for your cooperation.

We aim to produce happy and healthy show-quality goats and welcome prospective buyers to visit our farm and choose their new family member.
